Yes, a little. Before we begin, spend some time reflecting on your intention for the session: what you're feeling most right now, any patterns that keep repeating, and anything specific you want addressed. You don't need polished language or full clarity, just an honest sense of where you are.

It varies from person to person, and often depends on how attuned you already are to your own energy. Some people feel physical sensations. Some see images or colors in their mind. Some drop into deep relaxation, or feel emotion move and release. Everyone's experience is different, and there's no right way for it to go.
You won't be doing this in silence. For most of the session, I'm speaking, telling you what I'm sensing, seeing, and feeling as I move through your field. You're not left wondering what's happening. You're hearing it in real time, alongside whatever you're feeling on your end.

Therapy works primarily through talking and understanding. This work happens underneath that, in the body and energy field. Many clients do both, and find they support each other.

A single session is a good place to start if this is new to you. The pack is recommended for a longer-standing or repeating pattern.

You'll receive a confirmation with your Zoom link and a short intake form. Your recording will follow within 24 hours of your session.
